Shipping policy
Shipping is stressful on plants so do understand that browning or yellowing of leaves is natural when plants are shipped. While we try our best to carefully package each plant, things may happen beyond our control during transit and whilst plants are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for ALL questions regarding the status of your shipment. We do not have any additional information regarding your package once it is no longer in our possession.
