When will my order ship?

We package and ship orders on Monday and Tuesday. We may hold packages due to weather conditions. If you have any specific requirements please contact us before purchase.

 

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, UPS, UPS 2nd Day Air.

 

Do you ship outside the USA?

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Will my plant arrive pre-potted?

You will receive exact plant pictured in the medium and pot specified in the product description. We may need to ship bareroot to some states.

 

Heat Pack

We have heat packs available for purchase. Please check your weather and add heat packs if needed. Please note that the heat pack will only last up to 72 hours.

 

What is your shipping method?

All the plants are shipped from Atlanta GA.
We hand pick and pack each and every single plant with love and intense care, cushioned with polyester fiber fill. Then they will be wrapped in hard card board as secondary protection. In summer or winter, some packages will be added additional insulation wrap for final protection.

 

Do you offer Local pickup?

Yes. We have 3 pickup locations in Georgia. Atlanta, Suwanee and Buford. Use PFPICK code to apply free shipping and message us with your order number via the Contact form to coordinate pick-up.

 

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Unfortunately we don't. All orders needs to be paid when you place an order.

 

What is your return/refund/cancellation policy?
We gladly accept cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase. However we don't accept returns or exchanges. To cancel an order, please send a request along with the order number via the Contact form. 

 

Where are your plants grown? 
Most of our plants are grown outdoors in natural conditions, which help them develop strength and resilience. This exposure to natural elements ensures that the plants are hardy and adaptable to a variety of environments.

 

What is your shipment policy/disclaimer?

Shipping is stressful on plants so do understand that browning and yellowing of leaves is natural when plants are shipped. Plants by Victoria Crystal is not liable for damage done to our plants by the shipping carrier, delayed shipping / delivery times, loss or mishandling of a package as these are out of our control. While we try our best to carefully package each plant, the buyer understands things may happen beyond the seller’s control during transit and whilst plants are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for ALL questions regarding the status of your shipment. We do not have any additional information regarding your package once it is no longer in our possession. We also recommend inspecting your plants upon arrival and treating them as necessary. 

What should I do if I find pests on my plant? 
We regularly inspect our plants and use natural pest control methods, including washing the leaves and applying insecticidal soap. We take great care to ensure our plants are healthy and pest-free before shipping. This includes: 
  • Washing the Leaves: We thoroughly wash the leaves to remove any visible pests and dirt.
  • Insecticidal Soap Treatment: We spray the plants with insecticidal soap to help eliminate any remaining pests.
Despite these efforts, it's important to note that completely eliminating all pests is challenging due to the natural environment in which our plants are grown. If you discover pests on your plant, we recommend isolating the plant and treating it with a suitable pesticide or natural remedy. If you need assistance, please contact us, and we'll be happy to guide you through the process.
